About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Monitor and process return requests raised by customers through various platforms (e-commerce, D2C, marketplace).
2. Coordinate with the logistics team for pickup scheduling and tracking return shipments.
3. Identify common reasons for returns and support the team in analysing trends and reducing return rates.
4. Maintain accurate records of return status and ensure timely closure of each case.
5. Work on the ticketing system to log, update, and resolve return-related issues in coordination with customer support and warehouse teams.
6. Monitor SLAs and ensure timely closure of tickets and return cases.
7. Assist in creating SOPs and improving internal return handling processes.
8. Provide regular updates and reports to the operations team.
