About the Internship
Support daily fleet operations by coordinating with drivers and customers, tracking vehicles, and ensuring smooth and efficient deliveries.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the team with daily fleet coordination and dispatches
2. Help in tracking vehicle usage, downtime, and basic operational reports
3. Support driver onboarding and help monitor them for maximum efficiency
4. Monitor charging status and flag any issues to the team
5. Coordinate with vendors/service centers for routine requirements
6. Support in maintaining service and maintenance schedules
7. Assist with client documentation, status updates and follow-ups
8. Help maintain records and ensure data accuracy
9. Support cross-team coordination (sales, accounts, and tech)
