About the Internship
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to provide administrative support to our project sales head. As a key member of the sales team, you will handle all back-end activities, ensuring seamless execution of projects and excellent customer experience. The successful candidate will possess good communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Create and manage quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
2. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
3. Send and follow up on emails, including sales updates and project notifications.
4. Coordinate sample collection, dispatch, and follow-up with sites/clients.
5. Arrange and coordinate site visits, including logistics and scheduling.
6. Manage project-related data and records.
7. Provide administrative support to the project sales head, including preparing reports and presentations.
