About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and creative Learning Content Development Intern to join our HR-COE team for a 2-month internship. This role will support the transformation of training materials into engaging, high-impact learning content across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about learning design and user engagement.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creation and modification of training content to enhance learner engagement
2. Developing transcripts and supporting material for training sessions
3. Designing strategies for creating engaging content and training experiences
4. Converting training material into interactive online training using various digital tools and platforms
5. Coordinating with stakeholders to collect, organize, and finalize training materials
Ensuring timely delivery and quality of all learning content
