About the Internship
As a 'Lead Generation & Pre-Sales Intern' at Mirage Alliance,Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Lead research & identification:
1. Finding potential customers such as interior designers, homeowners, boutique stores, and architects using Instagram (hashtags, location tags, profile suggestions), Justdial, Indiamart, Google, and LinkedIn (searching for relevant professionals and businesses).
B. Outreach & initial conversation:
1. Sending polite, structured DMs or WhatsApp messages using pre-written scripts.
2. Introducing Mirage Alliance and asking qualifying questions (e.g., size, budget, location).
3. Building trust and interest through professional, friendly chat.
C. Lead qualification:
1. Understanding the lead’s intent: serious buyer vs. casual interest.
2. Asking the right questions to filter high-potential leads.
3. Keeping conversations polite, respectful, and on-brand.
D. Forwarding hot leads to the founder:
1. Forwarding leads that show interest or request product information via WhatsApp, group chat, or sheet handoff.
E. Daily tracking & reporting:
1. Maintaining a simple Google Sheet with lead details: name, platform (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), message status, and next steps.
2. Sending end-of-day updates on lead progress.
F. Consistent performance:
1. Reaching out to a minimum of 25–40 new leads per day.
2. Following up regularly with interested leads every 2–3 days.
3. Ensuring high-quality messaging without typos or casual language.
