About the Internship
We’re looking for a motivated intern who can bridge the worlds of legal compliance and business operations. In this role, you’ll help ensure our company runs smoothly, stays compliant, and is ready for growth—handling legal admin, documents, and core ops tasks side by side.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) Legal Support
2) Draft, review, and organize contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements
3) Help maintain corporate filings, policy docs, and compliance calendars
4) Assist with research on regulations, privacy, and industry standards as directed
Operations
5) Support day-to-day admin: scheduling meetings, running reports, maintaining trackers
6) Help with onboarding checklists, vendor management, and cross-team coordination
7) Track deadlines and flag blockers to keep everything on pace
8) Process Optimization
9) Suggest improvements in workflows, documentation, and compliance checklists
10) Own updates to operations and legal playbooks
