About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:1. Conduct in-depth research on statutes, regulations, case laws, and legal commentary
2. Analyze legal trends and predict potential legal outcomes or regulatory responses
3. Write and publish high-quality legal insights, briefs, and explainers for students, professionals, and the public
4. Organize and manage legal events such as moot court competitions, quizzes, and writing contests
5. Invite and coordinate with law students from top colleges across India to participate in platform activities
6. Identify and approach leading legal professors and professional experts to conduct live or recorded classes on the platform
7. Assist in curating course structures, discussion topics, and engagement formats
8. Draft legal agreements including ESOP agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and consulting contracts
9. Collaborate with the founding team to finalize legally binding documents aligned with business needs
10. Reach out to domestic and international law firms, legal professionals, and solo practitioners to introduce legal support services such as research, drafting, and document review
11. Identify and pitch potential collaboration opportunities for offshoring or virtual backoffice tasks
12. Assist in creating outreach materials including email drafts, capability decks, and proposals
13. Maintain a database of contacted firms, follow-ups, and ongoing discussions
14. Work with the core team to close partnerships and onboard new clients
