Are you a law student looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate and technology law?Diginspire Solution Private Limited, a leading IT company, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Legal Intern to join our team!
As a Legal Intern at Diginspire, you will work closely with our experienced legal professionals, gaining real-world exposure to the legal challenges and regulatory aspects of a fast-paced technology business.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research on IT laws, data protection, intellectual property, and business compliance.
Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, MoUs, NDAs, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and internal policies.
Help in ensuring regulatory compliance under Indian corporate, employment, and IT-related laws.
Assist in reviewing legal aspects of business proposals, service agreements, and marketing materials.
Help maintain and organize legal documentation and contract databases.
Assist with legal correspondence and communications with stakeholders.
Support the team in preparing reports, checklists, and policy documents.
Provide help in routine legal and administrative tasks as required.
