About the Internship
As a Law/Legal intern at Bridge2job, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the legal field. Your role will involve utilizing your knowledge of MS Office, MS Word, document management, contract management, legal drafting, legal research, legal writing, and company law to support our legal team. Your key responsibilities will include:1. Assisting with legal research and drafting memos, reports, and legal documents for both Canadian and Indian laws
2. Managing and organizing legal documents and files
3. Supporting contract management activities, including reviewing and drafting contracts
4. Collaborating with the legal team on various projects and tasks
5. Assisting with company law compliance and regulatory matters
6. Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
7. Contributing to the overall success of the legal department through your dedication and hard work
