About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Support the team in company incorporation and related compliance procedures (MCA filings, ROC, etc.)
2. Conduct legal research on corporate, labour, and tax-related regulations
3. Prepare summaries and case notes on legal developments affecting business operations
4. Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, including the Companies Act, LLP Act, GST laws, and labour regulations
