About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Drafting litigation and non-litigation documents under guidance.
2. Visiting various courts of civil and criminal jurisdiction (including district, session, high court, consumer forums, and local cooperative courts within Maharashtra) to pursue applications and case filings.
3. Visiting the jails of Navi Mumbai and Mumbai for vakalatnama signing and meetings with the accused.
4. Visiting the property registrar's office, tahsildar, talathi, and the land record of 7/12 within Maharashtra as needed.
5. Working and dealing with civil, criminal, and matrimonial cases, cheque bouncing cases, and corporate finance matters; specializing in MOCOA, POSCO, NDPS cases, and IPC sections 302, 379, 380, along with applications for heirship and any declaration litigation as an independent advocate office.
