About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:1. Conducting legal due diligence, including analysis of information related to NCLT, DRT, IBBI, and SARFAESI.
2. Collaborating with banks and lenders to prepare data rooms for NPA/NPL portfolios to be put up for sale.
3. Facilitating diligence for prospective investors in the sale of portfolios, including resolving queries that may be raised.
4. Coordinating with banks and lenders for any additional data required by investors.
5. Assessing and interpreting financial statements, ratio analysis, credit assessments, and other regulatory aspects as required within the framework of all relevant governing regulatory bodies.
