About the Internship
Job Title: Kids' Club FacilitatorLocation: Mont Ivy Preschools, ECC Road, Whitefield, Bangalore - 66
Mont Ivy is a highly reputed and respected pure Montessori preschool with over 10 years of excellence in early childhood education. We are known for our nurturing environment, child-first philosophy, and innovative learning experiences.
We are launching our exciting Saturday Gaming Club for children, where they explore, learn, and enjoy a variety of board games in a fun and engaging environment. We are looking for energetic and caring female interns to lead these sessions.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1) Facilitate board game sessions for children aged [4–14 years] in small groups.
2) Teach children the rules of various games and encourage teamwork, fair play, and problem-solving.
3) Create a friendly, patient, and supportive atmosphere.
4) Maintain safety and discipline with gentleness and respect.
5) Collaborate with helpers and staff for smooth execution of activities.
Requirements:
1) She should love spending time with children and enjoys interacting with them.
2) She should have passion for games and board games with a playful, engaging spirit.
3) She should possess good English communication skills.
4) She should be patient, empathetic, and able to handle children with care.
5) She could be a student also (undergraduate or postgraduate).
6) Prior experience teaching or working with children is an advantage (but not mandatory).
Commitment:
1) 4-hours every Saturday (travel time extra).
2) Tea/snacks provided at school.
3) Helpers will be present for support.
