Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:1. Submit job applications for clients on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and company websites, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance to each role
2. Customize resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles to match specific job requirements and industry standards
3. Manage the complete job application process—from submission and follow-ups to interview scheduling and employer coordination
4. Maintain detailed records of each client’s job search progress using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, ATS, or CRM systems
5. Provide regular updates to clients about their application status and suggest appropriate next steps
6. Share job search strategies and personal branding tips to help clients improve their visibility and effectiveness
7. Prepare clients for interviews by sharing best practices, common questions, and personalized guidance
8. Conduct regular check-ins to review what’s working, improve job materials, and explore new opportunities
