About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Providing first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
3. Supporting the setup and troubleshooting of routers, Wi-Fi access points, and basic network connectivity.
4. Maintaining records of IT assets, equipment inventory, and support documentation.
5. Assisting in regular system updates, data backups, and smooth day-to-day IT operations.
