About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Market & Competitive Research: Analyze outsourcing markets to discover growth opportunities and industry trends, supporting BLS’s strategic expansion.
2. Lead-gen & Outreach Support: Assist in identifying and engaging with top management decision makers for business.
3. Proposal & Pitch Prep: Help develop tailored proposals and presentation materials that articulate BLS’s value to potential clients.
4. CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain client outreach data in CRM systems; monitor progress of ongoing BD initiatives.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Support relationship-building efforts with travel agents, embassies, and diplomatic missions—help prepare meeting briefs and follow-up actions.
6. Performance Reporting: Track and report on KPIs such as leads generated, client contacts made, and outreach outcomes
