2. Assist in developing 2D and 3D floor plans and renderings using AutoCAD and Google SketchUp.
3. Enhance visual presentations by editing and manipulating images in Adobe Photoshop.
4. Utilize V-Ray and Lumion to create realistic lighting and material effects in 3D renderings.
5. Conduct research on interior design trends and materials to stay current and bring fresh ideas to the team.
6. Assist in selecting furniture, fixtures, and finishes to enhance the overall aesthetic of the properties.
7. Support the team in various administrative tasks and project coordination to ensure smooth workflow.
