About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Plan and execute strategies to grow @shiplee.ai Instagram followers and engagement.
2. Research trends, hashtags, and viral content in the D2C and e-commerce space.
3. Content Planning & Supervision:
4. Ideate and create a weekly/monthly content calendar (Reels, Posts, Stories).
5. Suggest creative video concepts, meme ideas, and engagement campaigns.
6. Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and content creators—assign tasks, collect deliverables, and ensure quality content goes live on time.
7. Shortlist and hire freelance video creators/content creators (from platforms like Internshala, Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.).
8. Onboard, brief, and manage content team to keep them aligned with Shiplee’s brand voice.
9. Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the D2C/Instagram seller community.
10. Track growth metrics, prepare weekly reports, and optimize strategies for faster growth
