About the Internship
Key Responsibilities:1. Call customers who have shown interest in home loans and other loan products via finpe.app.
2. Understand customer requirements and assist them through the complete loan application journey.
3. Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners to ensure smooth processing.
4. Guide customers on documentation, eligibility, and next steps until loan closure.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer status.
Note: This is a customer-facing pre-sales role focused on assistance and coordination, not hard sales.
