About the Internship
Are you a highly motivated individual with a passion for real estate? Sanghavii Realy is looking for a talented inside sales intern to join our dynamic team! As an inside sales intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced sales team to learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry. Your main responsibility will be to assist with generating leads, following up with potential clients, and closing deals. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively convey the benefits of our properties to potential buyers. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and kickstart your career in real estate.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in generating leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
2. Follow up with potential clients to schedule property viewings and answer any questions they may have.
3. Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
4. Prepare and present sales proposals to potential buyers, highlighting the key features and benefits of our properties.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
6. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and update the CRM system regularly.
7. Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive buying experience for clients.
