About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Counseling prospective students and guiding them about the different UG & PG courses offered.
2. Recording, maintaining, and calling on given leads.
3. Advising students on specific degree programs and admission procedures.
4. Counseling through data calling and an online chat server.
5. Maintaining telephonic and walk-in records for the day.
6. Handling queries over the telephone.
7. Collecting the feedback from the participants and consolidating the same.
8. Converting leads into admissions.
