About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
2. Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
3. Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
4. Generate sales leads and follow up with interested customers.
5. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM system.
6. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
8. Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the relevant department.
9. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving call quality and customer satisfaction.
