About the Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through cold calls, emails, and lead follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions or products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Convert leads into customers.
- Upsell & Cross-sell – Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell while managing renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to improve customer experience.
