About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Identify and connect with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and CRM leads
2. Counsel students about online & distance programs (MBA, MCA, BBA, BCA, MA, M.Com, UG & PG courses)
3. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable university programs
4. Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM
6. Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team
7. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
8. Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates
