About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Sales Support & Order Execution:
Assist the Sales Manager in executing sales orders and ensuring smooth customer
engagement.
Support the preparation of quotations and proposals to streamline the sales process.
Serve as the interface between customers, the technical team, and the sales team.
Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of devices and services.
Project Coordination & Execution:
Track project deliverables, milestones, and timelines using project reports to ensure seamless execution.
Provide regular customer updates and communication through project reports,
keeping them informed of progress.
Use project management tools (Zoho Projects) to manage and oversee project
progress.
Ensure that all sales-related data is captured in Zoho CRM and follow up with the sales team to update missing information.
Customer & Supplier Coordination:
Ensure invoices are generated and sent to customers promptly.
Confirm invoice receipt by customers and follow up on payments.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries related to delivery and post sales support.
Process & Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales orders, project timelines, and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer
satisfaction.
Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency in sales delivery.
