About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Influencer Discovery & Lead Generation
1. Search Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest for potential mom, kids, and lifestyle influencers.
2. Use hashtags (#momstyle, #kidsfashion, #slowfashion, etc.) and competitor brand followers to find leads.
3. Maintain and update influencer database (Google Sheets/CRM).
B. Influencer Research & Qualification
1. Collect details: name, email, location, follower count, engagement rate.
2. Check alignment with La Petite Alice aesthetic (slow fashion, linen, motherhood, lifestyle).
3. Categorize influencers (nano, micro, mid-tier, etc.).
C. Outreach & Communication
1. Send outreach emails/DMs to influencers (using templates, but customized for each).
2. Follow up politely if no response.
3. Manage ongoing conversations and negotiate collaborations.
D. Collaboration Management
1. Confirm collaboration details (product selection, timelines, posting requirements).
2. Share briefs and brand guidelines.
3. Coordinate product shipments with the logistics team.
E. Content Tracking & Reporting
1. Track when influencers post (screenshots, links).
2. Record engagement (likes, comments, reach, shares).
3. Report daily/weekly progress to the Social Media Manager.
F. Relationship Building
1. Reply quickly to influencer questions.
2. Keep track of positive relationships for long-term partnerships.
3. Stay updated on trending influencers in the mom/kids/lifestyle niche.
