About the Internship

SHB Social Foundation is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Tutor intern to join our team and offer valuable mentorship and guidance to our interns.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to interns on effective communication strategies in the workplace.
2. Develop and deliver engaging training modules on various HR topics to enhance interns' knowledge and skills.
3. Act as a mentor to interns, offering guidance and support in their professional development.
4. Assist interns in improving time management skills to increase productivity and efficiency.
5. Collaborate with HR team to identify areas of improvement and create personalized development plans for interns.
6. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
7. Serve as a positive role model for interns, demonstrating professionalism and a strong work ethic at all times.
