About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Conduct the Day 1 Briefing & Orientation Programme for all new interns/employees.
2. Design and conduct Ice-Breaking sessions to build comfort and rapport.
3. Clarify company policies, roles, and expectations effectively.
4. Draft and share offer letters, internship agreements, and joining formalities.
5. Conduct briefing and induction sessions for new joiners, introducing them to the company culture, policies, and processes.
6. Maintain employee records and update the HR database.
7. Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
8. Support HR team in monitoring intern/employee performance and reporting progress.
9. Help in resolving employee queries and act as a bridge between management and staff.
10. Manage attendance records of all interns.
11. Handle leave requests in case of emergencies.
12. Maintain smooth communication and address interns’/employees’ queries.
13. Assist in designing and executing training programmes as and when required.
14. Create interactive engagement activities to improve team bonding.
15. Support day-to-day HR operations.
16. Ensure smooth onboarding experience for all interns.
