About the Internship
As a 'Human Resources Intern' at Yotta Edutech Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions. Your knowledge of HR principles, recruitment, training and development, collaboration, team management, leadership, effective communication, presentation skills, performance monitoring, operations, Google Docs, Microsoft 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft PowerApps, content writing, social media marketing, employment engagement, employee relations, and compensation management will be put to the test in this dynamic role.Selected interns' day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in recruitment processes by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
2. Supporting training and development initiatives by organizing training sessions, tracking employee progress, and evaluating training effectiveness.
3. Collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the organization.
4. Assisting in performance monitoring by collecting and analyzing data to provide insights for improvement.
5. Coordinating employee engagement activities to boost morale and enhance team spirit.
6. Supporting employee relations efforts by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
7. Assisting in compensation management by maintaining salary records, analyzing market trends, and ensuring fair compensation practices.
