About the Internship
As a Human Resources intern at Vaidhya Organisation Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 3. Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
4. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting employee evaluations and feedback sessions.
5. Help with employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
6. Collaborate with the HR team on various HR projects, such as policy development and implementation.
7. Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
