About the Internship
Selected intern’s day‑to‑day responsibilities include:1. Providing daily hiring updates to the HR team and stakeholders, ensuring everyone stays informed on the candidate pipeline and progress.
2. Maintaining an Excel sheet (or CRM) with daily updates—tracking candidate status, interview schedules, feedback, and outcomes for accurate reporting.
3. Coordinating with team members to execute assigned recruitment and onboarding projects, ensuring timely completion and a smooth candidate experience.
4. Sourcing and hiring quality candidates, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to secure the best fit.
