About the Internship
We are hiring HR Interns who will assist with end-to-end recruitment activities.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
2. Screen resumes and shortlist relevant profiles
3. Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients
4. Maintain candidate tracking sheets and documentation
5. Communicate professionally over email and WhatsApp
6. Support the HR team with hiring pipelines and follow-ups
7. Ensure timely closures for open positions
