About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate engagement, and LinkedIn-based sourcing.
As an HR Intern, you will work directly with our recruitment team and play a vital role in screening candidates, conducting initial calls, and posting job requirements on LinkedIn.
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
2. Conducting initial telephonic conversations with candidates.
3. Posting job openings and internship opportunities on LinkedIn.
4. Engaging with potential candidates through LinkedIn outreach.
5. Maintaining recruitment reports and candidate data.
Requirements
1. Strong interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and professional networking.
4. Minimum 300+ LinkedIn followers (mandatory).
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
