About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at ToneTag, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech company while supporting various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include:1. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
2. Coordinate and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
3. Maintain and update applicant tracking reports with candidate information and status.
4. Support the Talent Acquisition team in organizing and participating in recruitment events and career fairs.
5. Conduct initial phone screenings and assist in the interview process.
6. Prepare and distribute offer letters and other recruitment-related documents.
7. Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and recruitment materials.
8. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
