About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
2. Support recruitment efforts by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
3. Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
4. Participate in onboarding activities for new hires.
5. Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and events.
6. Research HR best practices and contribute to policy improvements.
7. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
8. Support payroll, performance management, and other HR processes as required.
