2. Support HR team with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and conducting orientations.
3. Manage employee records and ensure accuracy in HR databases.
4. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training sessions and development programs.
5. Support HR team in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.
6. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees.
7. Help with HR projects and initiatives to improve overall employee engagement and satisfaction.
