1. Assist with full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
2. Support HR team in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy using MS-Excel.
4. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
5. Collaborate with HR team to improve employee engagement and retention.
6. Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks and projects.
7. Demonstrate excellent English proficiency in spoken communication with candidates and team members.
