About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Handle the entire hiring process for various positions, with a strong focus on teaching and volunteer roles as per Swachhpan’s requirements.
2. Source potential candidates by reaching out to universities, colleges, and placement/internship cells.
3. Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions for smooth and continuous recruitment.
4. Keep internal HR records updated, including volunteer data, attendance, and performance tracking.
5. Monitor and track volunteer progress to ensure smooth functioning and timely follow-ups.
6. Support in onboarding volunteers, including documentation, communication, and orientation coordination.
7. Assist in additional HR tasks related to volunteer management, engagement, and administration as needed.
