About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Plan & organize virtual events: Work with the HR team to design and implement virtual events such as fitness challenges, wellness workshops, game sessions, team-building activities, and social meetups to engage employees.
2. Event management: Assist in managing the logistics of online events, including setting up virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.), sending invites, and ensuring smooth execution during the events.
3. Employee engagement: Gather feedback from employees to assess the success of events, identify areas for improvement, and help improve future engagement activities.
4. Promote wellness initiatives: Support in promoting mental and physical wellness initiatives that are fun, accessible, and inclusive to all employees.
5. Social media & communication: Help create and distribute internal communications (email newsletters, intranet posts, etc.) to keep employees informed about upcoming events and activities.
6. Collaborative work: Work alongside HR colleagues to brainstorm new ideas for engagement, help develop content, and ensure events align with the company’s values and culture.
