About the Internship
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Soleil Sante Prabhav (OPC) Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of recruitment and talent acquisition. Your role will involve working closely with the HR team to source and screen potential candidates, schedule interviews, and assist in the onboarding process. Your strong interpersonal skills will come in handy as you communicate with job seekers and internal stakeholders. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be crucial in crafting compelling job postings and conducting interviews. Proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-Word will also be beneficial in organizing and analyzing candidate data.Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels.
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to identify qualified candidates.
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork and orientation.
5. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports using MS-Excel.
6. Support HR team in various administrative tasks, such as drafting emails and creating documents.
7. Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.
