About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Manage the complete recruitment cycle including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Coordinate with department heads to understand and fulfil hiring requirements
Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation
Maintain and update employee and intern records such as attendance, performance, and documentation
Manage HR databases while ensuring confidentiality of employee information
Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new employees and interns
Organise training programs, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives
Handle employee and intern queries related to HR policies, processes, and benefits
Assist in performance evaluations and feedback collection
Conduct or assist in exit interviews and maintain attrition and exit records
