About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:1. Post job openings on various job portals (as directed by the company)
2. Assist in screening applicants by reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments
3. Communicate with candidates through email or phone to schedule interviews
4. Learn how to conduct pre-screening calls and effectively assess candidates' skills and qualifications
5. Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our system
7. Learn the basics of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
8. Participate in training sessions on recruitment best practices and strategies
9. Support the HR team in fulfilling staffing requirements efficiently
