About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:Preferred HR Cum Project Assistant, Reporting to Manager
Good Stipend. & Incentives.
1. Work on maintaining HR documents
2. Organize and maintain personnel records
3. Maintain teamwork & performance
4. Update internal databases (record sick or maternity leave)
5. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
6. Revise company policies
7. Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
8. Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (turnover rates)
9. Answer employee queries about HR-related issues
10. Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
11. Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
12. Participate in HR projects (help organize a job fair event)
