Your Gujarati proficiency will be a valuable asset as you assist with recruitment efforts and communication with Gujarati-speaking employees. Your skills in Google Sheets and MS Excel will be put to use as you help organize and analyze HR data.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings and conducting initial screenings.
2. Communicate in Gujarati & understand candidate skills and check information.
3. Organize and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
4. Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
