About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Oversee smooth departmental functioning
2. Resolve raised issues from interns and volunteers
3. Coordinate with HR, associate team leaders (TLs), and supervisors
4. Conduct weekly review meetings
5. Manage HR recruitment process
6. Maintaining intern/volunteer records and updating HR databases
7. Assisting in drafting HR policies, guidelines, and notices
8. Supporting onboarding & induction sessions for new interns/volunteers
9. Preparing minutes of weekly meetings and follow-up reports
10. Coordinating with other departments for cross-functional requirements
11. Report directly to the HR manager
