About the Internship
As an HR intern at Raw Knowledge, you will have the exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources while working with a dynamic and growing team. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in MS Office, has excellent spoken and written English skills, and is familiar with tools such as ChatGPT, Google Sheets, Google Forms and LinkedIn marketing.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Handle client interactions and build strong relationships to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.
3. Support the HR team by maintaining employee records, conducting orientations, and assisting with performance evaluations.
4. Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop learning opportunities for employees.
5. Utilize data analytics to track HR metrics and provide insights to drive decision-making.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes at Raw Knowledge.
