About the Internship
As a human resources (HR) intern at Pranabhay Tech Solutions, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your English proficiency, knowledge of human resources, effective communication skills, recruitment expertise, team management abilities, interviewing skills, and emotional intelligence will all be put to the test as you support our HR team in various projects and initiatives.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
3. Conduct initial interviews with potential candidates and provide feedback to the HR team.
4. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
5. Assist in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees.
6. Help manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
