About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:1. Find the right talent and retain them for our organizational roles in our establishment
2. Implement strategies to increase the number of internship applications
3. Reach out to interested applicants
4. Work to shortlist interns and schedule interview calls with them
5. Take interviews with qualified candidates
6. Ensure interns with the required skills, qualities, and values
7. Work on onboarding the selected interns and upskilling them
8. Handle social media concerning HR work
9. Track payroll and other HR documentation
10. Document important metrics and information in software recommended by the company
11. Work as a team and give your best to meet the daily average and weekly requirements set by the account manager
12. Work on documenting your progress by the end of the day
