About the Internship
As a Human Resource Intern at ODS Network Pvt Ltd, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our talented team. Utilize your MS-Excel skills to assist in data management and analysis. Strengthen client relationships by providing excellent customer service and support through our CRM system. Your proficiency in spoken Hindi and English will be essential in communicating effectively with employees and stakeholders.Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment efforts by coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate databases.
2. Support employee onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
3. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives by organizing events and activities.
4. Help with performance management tasks, such as tracking evaluations and feedback.
5. Aid in benefits administration by processing employee enrollment forms and resolving inquiries.
6. Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and tasks.
7. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
