About the Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:A. Recruitment & onboarding:
1. Have to call candidates and communication is must
2. Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
3. Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
4. Support the onboarding process for new hires (documentation, orientation, etc.).
B. HR operations & documentation:
1. Maintain and update employee records and databases.
2. Help with drafting HR letters, reports, and memos.
3. Support payroll processing and leave/attendance tracking (as applicable).
Key Skills Required:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
3. Eagerness to learn and take initiative
4. Organizational and time management abilities
5. Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
